Are Financial Independence Retire Early Books Useful for New Retirees?

I retired last year and recently discovered the Financial Independence Retire Early (FIRE) movement. Now, I’m curious about the books related to it. I’ve noticed several titles, but I’m unsure whether they would really be beneficial for this new phase of my life. Since I’m already enjoying a more relaxed lifestyle, do these books provide practical advice for someone who is already retired?

I love spending my time in the garden and working on home projects, so I want to avoid anything too complicated or overwhelming. For those who have read FIRE-related books, did you find them helpful in enhancing your retirement experience? Or are they mainly tailored towards people still in the workforce? What should I consider if I decide to pick one up?
