I’ve been looking into various retirement options and came across Forbes’ list of the best places to retire from 2019. While it’s a bit dated now, I’m curious if those spots still hold their charm in 2026. Are they still as desirable?
Some of the destinations on that list sounded amazing—good weather, lively communities, and plenty of activities for retirees. Has anyone here visited or moved to any of those locations recently? Did they meet your expectations, or were there any surprises?
