I’ve found that combining walking with group activities, like a walking book club, has made it super easy to stay committed. It’s not just exercise; it’s social time too! Also, light yoga in the park is a nice way to enjoy the outdoors while stretching out.

I’ve been doing light weights and swimming a couple of times a week, and it really keeps me feeling good. I also join a walking group at a local park, which makes it way more enjoyable, plus I’ve met some great friends! Sticking to it is easier when it feels more like a social event than a chore.
