I’ve heard about community centers offering painting and cooking classes, but I’m interested in hearing your recommendations. Are there specific groups or events that you’ve found to be especially welcoming or fun? Let’s share our experiences and ideas to inspire each other!

There’s a great senior writing group at the library that meets weekly, and the members are super friendly. Also, the Eastbank Esplanade has regular yoga classes for all levels, and it’s a nice way to meet folks while enjoying the river views. Those activities really helped me connect with others in the area!
